Iconic Holding was a blockchain accelerator with aspirations of becoming an asset manager.
The existing brand wasn’t perceived as an expert in the field of investment and needed to re-position itself without losing the brand recognition they already had.
Create a brand family under one parent brand, with different business units, shifting the positioning of the company from a startup to an ecosystem and using smart b2b marketing strategies to expand the audience to include high net-worth individuals who would become the clients of the asset manager. The new brand created, received investment within a few months of conception.
